At NAYOKAA.COM, we only stock authentic products. All our items are genuine and are sourced directly from the manufacturer or from their authorized distributors. Prior to shipping, we do several levels of rigorous quality checks, hence eliminating any chances of counterfeit products. If you have any concerns about the authenticity of any of the items you have purchased from us or are considering purchasing, please contact us directly by emailing us at support@nayokaa.com and we shall be happy to address your concerns.
Return Policy
Special instructions for Cosmetics: Due to the lighting effect and different colors of everyone's lip, the actual color may be slightly different from the picture. All pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may vary due to product enhancement. There will be no exchange for difference in color.
Special instructions for reverse pickup: The reverse product will be assigned within 24-48 hours and the product will be picked in another 4-5 working days.
After the product is picked along with the packaging box, the delivery executive will hand over the invoice. We will need a picture of this invoice to be shared with us on support@nayokaa.com
Returns will only be applicable if an incorrect item has been received. We should receive intimation with 7 working days. No exchange will be done after 7 working days.
Face Masks are nonreturnable due to health & hygiene purposes.
Refund Policy
In case an incorrect product has been delivered, we will only send a replacement of the product No refunds will be provided. Due to the nature of the product, the return will only be made along with the original packaging. The products should be unused, undamaged and in original condition without any strain, scratches or holes.
Cancellation Policy
An order can be canceled only up to it is in the "Pending" state. Once we start processing, it can not be canceled .you will have to send us an email on support@nayokaa.com with reasons for the cancellation. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1 business days to cancel the order You will be notified of the same by email.
